Hi I recently received from Slovakia some DWG files which feature metre coordinates. The coordinates are Southings and Westings i.e increase to the south and to the west. What systems are probable ?, could anyone point me at or provide, probable MapInfo.prj file entries or failing that probable elements of same ellipsoid (Bessel WGS84, ?), Datum, Projection. Lastly I have one map the title of which includes UTM, this seems rotated relative to the Krovak (?) maps so should I calculate affine parameters.
In short any advice would be gratefully received.
