Mark You didn't say what OS your customer has. I have Windows 2000 pro. The administrator account has the files at this path: C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\Application Data\MapInfo\MapInfo\Professional\700 XP is similiar. Copy the files to your customers user account like: C:\Documents and Settings\<USER ACCOUNT>\Application Data\MapInfo\MapInfo\Professional\700 Scott
