That's an intriguing possibility with the Register Vector.mbx.  I haven't
heard of that before.  That may be more functional because we have the DWGs
from several different sources and asking them to go back in and
regeoreference them would be a lot to ask of them I think.

So, with the Register Vector.mbx, if I have lot corners from a tax map, I
can take those coordinates and register the DWG?
