>From a user interface design perspective, you don't want to have 32k
items in a pick list. My personal threshold is more like 200+/-. You
will want to devise some other way to allow the user to specify the item
in a more complicated way.

Just my 2c, of course.

Subject: MI-L ReDim size limit

Listers,

Is there anyway around the ReDim size limit of 32767? I'm doing a SQL
select to find all the unique values for a given column and then
populating
an array with all these values, which is then used in a dialog popupmenu
control. Problem is that some of our tables could well contain more
than
32767 unique values so how do I get around this?

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Regards

Greg Driver
