Does anybody know how to handle a cluster of points and tranforming/processing these clusters so that the end result will be polygons enclosing these clusters? For example, each polygon will basically be acomplished by connecting the outer-most point of each cluster. Thus forming the polygons which are representative of the cluster of points.
