I have just found again the post on the Manifold user group's georeference.org - http://www.georeference.org/Forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=591&posts=2 You may have to remove the &posts=2 part. You can do a SEARCH when you are at georeferenvce.org for the word "fly" and you will find the thread. I have posted a message there, and will also post on Manifold-L and ask if someone could help you.
