I have already change the clause on *.Mif file (CoordSys Earth Projection 1,
0) which was exported from Mapinfo table (non-earth coordinate). Then i
imported it again, but the scale and position arent accurate. I ve try also
to change the projection to latlong wgs 84 but still arent accurate.

Export the AutoCAD table to MIF, change the CoordSys clause in the *.MIF
file to "CoordSys Earth Projection 1, 0" (without quotes) and import it
back to MapInfo.
