I used this method in MapX. It works perfectly - helps to easily change values for one
column in the layer, in column, specified in keyfield layer property. Yes, it works
I do use MapX in my applications and MapX forum you can find on the cite
www.mapinfo.com.
But I'm not sure whether it would help you greatly. Some simple questions you can
solve there, but in order to solve interesting questions - it's better to come here.
There are some people, that helped me with MapX greatly. MapX forum in mapinfo.com -
it's rather way of discussing problems with MapInfo techsupport
