I think it's basically the question of choosing between C# and VB.NET and the difference between these two languages isn't that big, so I don't think it matters that much. I have chosen the C# language, more or less because I have heard from many people that this is the better of the two. Another thought why I choose this is that I wanted to start with a new language, so that my old habits didn't keep me from doing it the right way. I have some experience in VB6 and I thought that the way I did the programming here wasn't truely OOP, so I am hoping a new language will help me to easier implement the OOP.
