The requirements are: - Bachelor's degree in GIS, Cartography, Geography, or related field - Minimum two years of professional experience and advanced skills using = MapInfo Professional for geospatial solutions - Experience digitizing, data processing, map creation, data = manipulation, and report writing - Solid knowledge and experience using Microsoft Access, SQL, and = Microsoft Excel - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Must = be self-directed and have strong attention to detail (QA/QC), as well as = the ability to implement a concise work plan. Must have the ability to = communicate effectively with internal/external personnel at all = organizational levels. - US citizen or US Permanent Resident able to work in the United States = (sorry, but we will not pay for a work visa and/or relocation expenses) - Programming experience (Map Basic or otherwise) is not required, but = would be considered a 'plus'. - Experience working in the telecommunications industry is not required, = but would be considered a 'plus'.
