Hoi Jeroen, Thanks for your reply, but I'm afraid it does not work. No matter how I size the charts or what options I set in either legend, layout or map, the problem persists. If I plot the same size as the map window (max A4), then the result looks fine, but we are trying to plot an overview containing the entire community of Velsen. To make the map appealing, we have to plot it at least on A3 and preferably A2. I have already contacted the MapInfo Benelux office, but they did not have an answer either. I know that there are more users out there who produce maps with either bar or pie charts, so I am hoping that one of them knows a solution to this minor yet disturbing problem. There already is a workaround I thought of, but that would mean coding in MapBasic and a lot of tuning to get it right. I just hope that I did not find a bug here :(. I can not imagine this being a "WAD" (working as designed).
