Hi, I have tried to change the font but it hasnt fixed anything. The maps still print out with road names in black blocks. I have taken a screen shot for you all to view:

Left hand side: print out Right hand side: onscreen display http://www.geocities.com/stephen_ram1982/Mapinfo_problem.JPG A short term fix on some PC's giving users a new Profile - this only works for some Users. Any ideas let me know. All printer drivers are upto date, I still need to reinstall Windows Fonts (any ideas on how to do that???), Appart from that I need more guidance. I am having problems with Mapinfo 5.5 and 6.x. for some reason when the User prints to a Laserjet or anytype of printer it prints out the Map but the road names are covered with a black rectangle over the text. I have no idea what to do. I have tried some fixes using the knowledge base at mapinfo.com but no luck yet. If anyone has any ideas Please email me asap.
