Hello, I am interested in capturing graphic edits as they occur (as opposed to say comparing the file to a pre-edited version once edit session has been completed). After a quick search of the GIS tools and the archives of this list I have not come across anything.
Is this possible, and if so what are the basic tools within mapbasic that I would need to utilize in order to do so? Must one build their own Editing Toolbar separate from MapInfo's or are they ways of detecting when an object has been altered in some way? I would like to be able to set a flag for a given record whenever it's object has been edited. Any insight into how this might be accomplished or code samples would be greatly appreciated.
