Dear fellows,
This is my second message asking for help. Thanks for your contribution to the
previous one. I have no idea how an "on-sreen digitizing over a scanned image" can be
achieved. Do I need any extra software or some kind of MapInfo utility? Is there any
tutorial-page on the web?
I'm a real novice in this subject, as you have already realised from my question. I
know that you guys deal with more complicated things, but if someone of you will find
some free time, I would appreciate if you can reply to my message.
