I have managed to import one tile of SRTM hgt into Vertical Mapper via
conversion in MicroDem to DTED format. It works fine.
When merging several tiles of SRTM hgt format data in MicroDem and
converting them to DTED format it is not possible to import into Vertical
Mapper. The message is "Marconi error #0" whatever that means.
Any idea how merged tiles can be imported into VM?
I have managed to export to geotiff in Global Mapper and that works in MI
but one looses the ability to do all kind of grid analyses.
