Hi Rebecca,
You can use the Hotlink function to attach a photo or other files to an
object or record in your MI table. Create a "Hotlink" field in your database
input in the path and filename of the aerial photo for each street or group
of streets.
Next, with your streets file open you can go to layer control > hotlink tab
> and then select the field ("hotlink") to activate the aerial photo
filename, if you want to keep the hotlink feature permanent check the save
to metadata feature at the bottom. Also, good to check your help files
before beginning the procedure.
