They are in the MapBasic manuals (Reference Guide, User Guide) and one or other version is downloadable as a PDF from MapInfo. I think the 7.0 or 7.5 manuals are there at present (I can't remember accurately).
The advantage of looking there, is that you actually see what the styles look like - important for the "fills". As Bill Thoen says, the .DEF files are the ultimate source, and the problem I have is that the .DEF changes with each release of MapInfo. That's why Jacques Paris has done the hard work of comparing MapBasic language changes from 4 to 6.5 (I think) and has downloadable PDF files on his website. Jacques' compilation goes well beyond the constants to compare language changes. Like Bill, I'd like to see the .DEF files for each version made freely available. Then the fairly simple work of compiling a database and a simple application for lookup, with copy-to-clipboard, could be done - for a target MapBasic / MapInfo version. (Refer my reply to Bill Thoen re the Windows API).
