Has anyone come across this problem?
"...During the installation process, when I am asked to input the serial number, I
input the given serial number, namely: MIUWEU07500xxxxx. Upon clicking "Next", I get a
message that the serial number in invalid. The older Version 6.5 was installed but was
not running during the upgrade. The upgrade initially installed OK, but was running
really slow, so I uninstalled it and now am having the re-installation problem...."
Thanks in advance for any ideas you may have. FYI, the person with this problem ran
Norton Utilities to clean up his hard drive and tried to clean the registry of
anything that said MapInfo Pro v7.5 using regedit.
