I have no firsthand experience with Citrix, but have heard through
multiple clients who have historically used GIS applications via Citrix
Winframe, that it works fine with a relatively small group of concurrent
users, but it gets VERY slow and/or crashes if you have too many people
trying to use it at the same time.

If you need to have more than 5 concurrent users, you are probably
better off going to a pure web application. Depending on your needs and
vendor(s) you choose, it can oftentimes be less expensive and much less
hassle to go to a pure web application for remote access vs. running a
desktop application via Citrix.

Good luck,

We are working with W2000 and CITRIX. Been on for about 1 year without
any
problems.

Hello,
Is anyone out there using MI Pro and Citrix on either W2000 or XP. If
so,
are there any issues to be aware of or are you having good results?
