Hello Mr Helpdesk This function is in the new version 7.8 - quite neat it is too. You can chose between maintaining the zoom in each window or just centreing the view in each window. Starts shipping in the UK next week............. If you are in maintenance - you will get it automatically.

I am currently working on the presentation and distribution of OS/Landmark Historical mapping data. One of the primary uses we would wish to use this data is for Land-use change, consequently I have four windows open in MapInfo, representing the first four epochs of mapping. I wish to link each of the windows together so that a user may zoom, pan etc in one window, and have those actions replicated in the other three windows, so that they may be compared side to side. Am I being too ambitious ? Many thanks for your anticipated words of wisdom, --------------------------------------------------------------------- List hosting provided by Directions Magazine | www.directionsmag.com | To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Message number: 13370 --------------------------------------------------------------------- List hosting provided by Directions Magazine | www.directionsmag.com | To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Message number: 13371
