If you have Photoshop, just go to image size and change the resolution to 300 pix/inch and adjust the image dimensions down so that the file size (shown at the top of the dialog) stays the same. Then you won't have to re-size any text and you will have change a big 72 pi image to a small 300 pi image.

Have any one of you created a work > around for this? Sounds like you're working with an old version of MapBasic. There is a "Resolution" clause in the newest version. The workaround is to just save the window in a larger size.
