Mapbook from GISNet will do this. Currently it will only report in decimal
degrees, but the next version soon to be released may have the option of DD
MM SS.

Subject: MI-L Labeling Corner Coordinates in Layout

Hi list - Does anyone know if there is tool or method (other than manual
label creation) for automatically labeling the corner coordinates of a map
frame in a layout window. Ultimately it would be nice to see the labels in a
format similar to a USGS topo quad.
