>From the menu, choose Map > Layer Control. Select the layer, and click the Display button. Check the "Show Centroids" box, and click OK until the dialogs go away. The centroid shows up in blue in your object. Then make that layer editable, select the object whose centroid you want to move, and choose the "ReShape" button.
