MI-L Running a .mbx from VB integrated mapping app.

Hi all,
 
I have .mbx which calculates a poligon's line direction and returns three 
values, namely 0,1 or -1. The .mb code includes a IsClockwise() function, and I 
want to assign this return value to a VB variable. I am aware of 
 
"Run Application "...\test.mbx"
 
and
 
mi.MBApplications("myApplication").Do "My Message" 
 
ways, but how to implement them? Or does anybody suggest any other solution?
