The general discussion and resume sections are very popular and no registration is required (although registered members will have edit/delete access etc... Of interest, Google has launched a new Beta version of Google groups as well. A number have popped up but very little activity to date. I got one message from some company in India that created (so to speak) about 20 discussion forums... Given that number and the tight focus they will likely each generate about 5 or 6 members over the next year!
