MI-L Routine to convert to/from OGC format

Hi !

Any one have a routing in MapBasic or Visual Basic to convert a Mapinfo table 
into an OGC format ? (Write a .txt file with the OGC definition of each object)

The same for reading an OGC text file and create the corresponding Mapinfo 
table.
