I'm looking at programs that can translate points taken in a local mine grid to UTM coordinates. We have a data set with 68 control points taken in both coordinate systems, then several thousand additional points to translate. I'm aware the Discover has such a feature, but was wondering what other people were using to do this, and their success rates.
