I have two seamless raster tables on the same map. One that comprises
most of the 54,000 USGS quads in the US in Lat/Long WGS84. The other a
seamless table of raster images with approximately 4,800 of these quads
scattered throughout the US in the same coordinate system. If I center
the map on a location that contains both an original USGS raster image
and a new USGS raster it appears as though the proportions of the raster
images are drawn correctly. If I center my map at a location where an
original USGS raster exists but no new raster, the original seamless
table is draw with it's dimensions in Y either "compressed" or
"stretched." Why is is the case? If I use the native raster tables (no
seamless tables), there is no such problem. Is there something about
the seamless table that I can adjust to prevent this from happening?
I'm using MI 7.5 and the seamless raster tables are in EXACTLY the same
projection system.
