Hi list Thanks for the responses to my last listing.
The problem I have this time is this: I have a table with one polyline representing a pipeline; I have another table with many many polylines representing creeklines; I want to create a third table containing point data for each intersection between table 1 and table 2. To make things more complicated: some of the creeks have names so I'd like to have fields in table 3 for creek name, in addition to fields indicating which government area, and cadastral lot each point lies within taken from additional tables. Any ideas? A start would be the intersection thing, I can work on additional fields from there.
