I have been rigorously testing a Dell GX280 3.0Ghz Hyperthreaded with MI7.8 for the last week and I have had no crashes.
I would like to found out before we settle for HT technology!!

May I ask if someone has already made experiences with Intel Pentium Processors supporting Hyperthreading and MapInfo Professional 7.5? (does MapInfo 7.5 support Hyperthreading?)
We do experience strange behaviours of memory access errors and MapInfo just closing itself again after being started, without giving any error message or so.
I appreciate your hints. Many thanks in advance.
