Hi All, I'm writing a report as part of a University course on IT Offshoring (not specifically GIS). I've got plenty of sources for statistics, pros and cons from an operational point of view, etc. What I am lacking is good sources of information on the social impact on the supplier country, social impact from job losses in the consumer country, and also ethical considerations. If anybody could point me in the right direction for any of these, it would be a great help!
