Hello all,
I have a table with lines representing a road network. Each line has traffic flow attributes. The problem I have is that each road link is represented by two coincident lines - one for each direction of flow.
I would like to have one line for each road link, with flow attributes which are equal to the sum of the flows on the two original lines.
Does anyone know how I could do this?
