Subject: MI-L South China Sea Boundary

Hi,

Could any one email me or direct me to a download site for the following:

I am searching for a polyline which defines any offshore International
(particularly Chinese) boundaries in the area southeast of Hainan Island.
The area of interest is 108E - 118E and 15N - 22N.

Thank you,

Bill
