Hi all,
We have a NSG road network that someone has combined
all the individual ESU lines into whole USRN's. This
is causing umpteen problems and was wondering whether
anyone out there had a utility that could split
polylines on the basis on intersection points and keep
the data associated with the entire USRN by placing it
in the split segments?
I would like to sit down and write this but just don't
have time.
