Hello again, I have just panned my map a little so it is at the same scale, and done the label transfer again including hidden labels.
As far as I can see it seems to have copied almost all of the labels except for one in Scotland, so that'll do for me - I can copy that one in manually. Thanks for your help. Rich Ashton suggested zooming out to include all labels in the map window, plus ensuring the 'Include hidden labels' option is ticked on. I did this, and it worked - I got all my labels...but, because I had zoomed out to get them all on the screen they have come out bigger than they should be and now all overlap each other. So I tried zooming back to my original screen size and just checking 'Include hidden labels' on but that only brings back 75% labels again. I think Rich is right about having to get all labels on screen before transferring them, but how can I do this without messing up the size of the labels?
