MI-L Region Style Copy and Paste Tool

Hi Guys,
 
I was wondering if anyone has a tool that will allow me to select a region
and copy it, and then select a alternative region a paste style from the
copied region. If some one have created this tool already could you please
let me know.
 
If not I will look into creating one myself but I needed something today to
save hours of work colour coding a map of polygons from a legend.
