MI-L Evaluating Label Expressions

I am trying to evaluate a label expression within MapBasic. I get the
expression using:

LayerInfo(windowID, layerNumber , LAYER_INFO_LBL_EXPR)

 

Is there a MapBasic function that allows me to evaluate the expression given
that I have the table column of the feature that is labeled?
