I'm reproducing redistricting maps, I've set the district layer to label. I'd like to add duplicate labels at certain points for clarity (the districts are gerrymandered and cross county lines). Using the label tool just moves the existing label to wherever I click. How can I change this setting to add additional duplicate labels? Thanks.
