Off course you can, you may just have to define them yourself in the MAPINFOW.PRJ file.
The ETRS89 datum is 115, and the rest is just as normal UTM. Datum 115 was defined in MapInfo Pro 6.0 "Danish Projections" includes its two relevant ETRS89 projections.
