Sorry for the off-topic post, but I'm not sure where to "Google"!
I recently purchased an IPAC 4700 PDA and the Destinator software for Australia (produced by MapInfo). The Destinator was bundled with a Leadtek 9534 CF card. Tonight I downloaded the evaluation version of ArcPad and am trying to get it to work (the reason being that ArcPad seems fairly comprehensive and I can always translate the data for use in MapInfo). The IPAC works perfectly well with Destinator, using COM Port 6 and Baud 4800. The same settings also work with WinFast Navigator (which I downloaded from the Leadtek website). In ArcPad, I have used the same port and baud settings, but ArcPad reports that a GPS unit has not been detected and to "Please check your configuration" (or something along those lines). Any ideas?
