When running scripts to build large map systems with a lot of thematic layers, Mapinfo seem to require that you have the Mapinfo Professional window active all the time, otherwise it stops and the icon on your desktop starts blinking, and you need to click on it to move on.
Is there any way around this. I would like to have the opportunity to work with other stuff, while it load in all layers without the disturbance.
