Hi All, Does MapInfo support ModelTransformationTag that is included in geotiff header if raster image requires rotation and shearing? I was trying to open several scanned topographic maps and the raster image required rotation. For this purpose the transformation matrix was build and values was included in ModelTransformationTag (4,4). MapInfo 7.8 had opened these rasters in proper geographic model in the meaning of projection, MapInfo added proper projection but the adjacent scanned sheets didn't match. Then resampling was made for these rasters and new geotiffs was produced with exact affine transformation with parameters included in ModelTiepointTag (2,3) and ModelPixelScaleTag (1,3). It was good step because all rasters was georeferenced in the proper way. It was right projection added and there were no shifts between adjacent sheets. Did i make something wrong or simply MapInfo supports only set of tiepoints and scaling parameters?
