Hi Sarah, I edit my MAPINFOW.MNU file in notepad (where all the menu and button info for MI is stored - located in C:\Program Files\MapInfo\Professional) to simplify the interface of clutter. It could be that this file has been corrupted or changed. Do a find for 'MAINTENANCE submenu' and see if anything is missing, the section should look like below but make sure you make a copy before editing!
