It is easily done with VB.  Unfortunately, I don't know or understand VB.  I 
had a Actuary create a VB script in Excel and all I have to do is press a 
button to make it run.  He is no longer at the company--he is studying to be a 
priest.  I know the VB has to be edited to change the directories.  If you 
can't get it yourself.  I can send the Excel file, just know you will have to 
go into VB and make the changes.  Also, this file was created 3 years ago--no 
guarantee it still works.
