You need to remember that the GeoDatabase will be a collection of feature classes and other tables etc. Do you want all of the data from the GeoDatabase into MapInfo or are you only interested in a specific feature class (layer you see in the map)? If this is the case then you can export the individual feature class to a shapefile and then import this into MapInfo. Anything more sophisticated and I think you need to take the route of something like FME.
