Our routing engine (RW Net) contains several functions for low-level dynamic
segmentation (DS). It would be possible to add more mapbasic based
functionality on top of this for maintaining a database with storing
information on a "DS way". But be aware, that DS can be implemented in many
ways, more or less integrated.
