This problem is some what related to the Setting up pick list question But in the case what I want to do is use an info tool to select the feature Eg a point and then populate the Dialog box with the info on that point So the first stage is creating a point feature and using a dialog box to populate fields in the table that you are editing. I've done that part ok Second stage is interrogating a point feature and changing info on fields at the feature if needed i.e. date completed. This is all done with the same dialog box.
