I also like to point out that if someone has a good number of file to import, he should use autodesk Map 3D. This software from autodesk will support projection. Most of the time your vector won't fit over a projected raster file if the software doesn,t support projected files. And it support importing Mapinfo's rasters .tab registration file! (not only vectors Mapinfo's table) So the overley will be as it should be!
