Doesn't seem to be your year ;-)

This error is often connected to menu items, eg. when disabling or enabling 
them. So I guess you need to debug the procedure where your menus are being 
created. Try to find the last command executed in your application, and you 
have found the problem. BTW, yo had a similar problem November 14th 2005 ;-)
