One of my old co-workers has an open "Part Time but, not Temporary" GIS position with "Landmark Properties" in Chicago, Illinois. They are looking for someone to start immediately. Here is the description of the job.
*Job can be done at home or Chicago but, they are asking that the person lives in the USA.
*The work can be done at anytime of the day. Ex: 8-10pm, weekend...
*Part Time work of 10-20 hours per week which could be increased after a few months.
*They currently use MapInfo's "AnysiteOnline.com" for doing the following
-Basic Market Area Trade Maps
-List of zip codes within specified radius
-Slicing the zip codes for instance; in each zip code how many people have a college education
-Incomes for each zip code, crime report stats, ect.
-*This is possibly a big one - Create large aerial photos marked with bigger retailers (logos) near our proposed site (using Google Earth Pro, Possibly Photoshop, ...)
She suggested that anybody interested should call her Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
